[Patron Bonus Content] Sphinx / Skyset Knights script stuff

Doing some final script stuff for Sphinx and writing miscellaneous scenes for Skyset Knights when the mood strikes. Writing for a comic book is much different than writing a screenplay or literature, where you write per panel - in other words, there is limited space on the page for what you want your characters to think about or say, so you have to really make it count, haha. But with that in mind, here's some fun short scenes I worked on recently:

At the end of Sphinx, two scenes stand out to me. The narration mirroring Kaz's observation about Ravi transforming at the beginning of the book, and a beautiful image at the end. I wrote this a while ago but I thought it might be fun to see it in full.

Sphinx: pages 88 - 90
Narration: Ravi: I saw myself transform into my very eyes into a monster.
- A beast.
- But I knew my heart...
- ...And I was no such thing.

- Afterward, they sit by the hot springs and sit outside looking at the starry sky.

Ravi describes the stars to Asher. Cirocco joins. Ravi: Asher, the stars are out tonight. Glittering, small specks of light hundreds of thousands of miles away, in an ocean of darkness.

Asher looks fascinated. Asher: How many are there? Cirocco: Too many to count, they're like little delightful flecks of light. (Ravi touches his hand with his fingertips) Ravi: Like this... 

Asher smiles.: It sounds wonderful...

Ravi, Cirocco and Asher sit together and watch the stars. [End]

I might put this short 2-page scene in Skyset Knights 2, but it would also work well in book 3. Setting is Verus in his dimly lit study surrounded by candles in a semi-ritualistic scene and Arka silently walking in on him:

Narration: Arka: I was arrested by a dark, otherworldly image before me.
- You.
- Verus.
- Your hand between your thighs,
- deft fingers tracing tight little circles on your clit,
- a spectral snake made of magic intertwining over and under your body
- until its head was firmly thrusting inside you.

pg 2: Narration continued: Arka: - Your moans were music to me - and like all music, it moved me to dance.
- My hands joined yours in a phantom rhythm, though you were not aware.
- Or maybe you sensed me there,
- but the thrill was greater with it unacknowledged. 

I'm starting to think Verus leaves his door open on purpose. And that he is such a creative masturbator. lol

Anyway. I'm almost done with the dialogue and rough sketches for Sphinx, and I will be posting rough sketches for the $1 Tier this week :) Reminder that I'm the only one working on my comics, and I have no assistants (nor do I want any). Thanks for reading and thanks for your patience,
