To make it easier to submit custom character commission ideas, I’ve put together a simple template you can copy and fill out.
You don’t need to answer every point, but the more details you give, the better I can match what you want. Just copy this, paste it into the form, and adjust as needed:

Bodytype: → e.g. Medium breasts, slim waist, thick thighs
Setting: → e.g. Forest, Bedroom, Classroom
Clothing Ideas: → e.g. School uniform, bikini, ripped jeans, lingerie
Facial Expressions: → e.g. Ahegao, clenched teeth, smug
SFW/Nude Poses: → e.g. Lying on back, leaning forward, kneeling
Sex Poses: → e.g. Doggy, missionary, cowgirl
Dislikes or Hard No's: → e.g. No inflation, no feet focus, no heavy fluids

I’m open to requests for male characters too, as long as it doesn’t violate Patreon’s community guidelines and it’s doable with AI, I can make it.
