'Anywhere' is the answer I usually give because it's true, but besides MEN+MONSTERS and ACE OF BEASTS, the best place to start might actually now be or at least include SKYSET KNIGHTS (of course, it will be more accessible to more people when it's finally in print {:^>c). There are character intros like this one for all of the guys, fun scenes, and lots of time to get to know the guys without one overarching threat over their heads preventing them from having a totally good time. That's not to say they'll never encounter danger ... ;^> But I digress~
There are two general rules to my comics: 6x9 or smaller books means an explicit one-shot or spin-off, 7x10.5 books mean a main series / longform series. It allows the art and storytelling to take on a grander scale, with more room for text and more detailed illustrations.
Sanctuary Guardians was initially just Arka and friends, but now since SKYSET KNIGHTS basically Sword Kings 2.0 Explicit Version, I figured I would upgrade the art from 6x9 one-shot size to 7x10.5 main series size! It's a bit difficult to explain the process but suffice it to say it's quite tedious lol ;; Worth it though~ Anyway! I'll be re-uploading each page onto Patreon here as soon as I'm done editing it. It is a necessary step to prepare it for eventual print in both softcover and hardcover.
