Following a narrow escape from humans trying to sell him, Koruma is found by Arka, who tends to his wounds and offers him a place to stay. Following his kindness towards him, Koruma swears to protect Arka and acts as his bodyguard from then on. A dual-wielding swordsman in human form. No one knows how he wields a sword or holds any object in is normal monster form.
