Added 2021-02-09 00:51:45 +0000 UTCThis was a hard one to draw - the guy in the top panel is Osric's asshole ex, Lakoneus, who you might remember from the beginning of Knight of Alanoc (and who makes an appearance in a flashback in the middle of Knight of Alanoc). He is purposefully under-designed as a character, with no distinctive outfit of his own - symbolic of the often invisible feeling of ugliness hidden in plainclothes, no identity of his own here other than what Osric felt about him. An ugly, plain, broken mirror trying to be like my other men visually, but only succeeding in being an abuser.
Osric's past with him is a survivor story - Lakoneus is an abusive guy. Even though my stories are erotic, some characters are not meant to be sexy or good, and this is one of them. In this page, Osric looks pretty upset after just seeing him, but in Knight of Alanoc we see in a non-voyeuristic** way exactly what went down.
**The triggery scenes are, notably, the only censored sex scenes in my stories out of seriousness of the situation and to make it clear that they are meant to be non-titillating, non-voyeuristic, focused on the feeling-of-the-victim scenes.
