ojisan design 1 (Ace of Beasts / Sword Kings?)

this called for: heterochromia, short height, and a unique look.
I have a written personality that's floating around in need of a design, and a design (this one) thats in need of a personality, but they are so opposite they wouldn't fit together haha.
at this point it seems like I'm going to have to do an exclusively ojisan-themed book ;^> I think I'll work that in this month haha.
