Rex's parents are Darius and Roxana. Darius was a mercenary who fell in love with Roxana, a baker, as he rested for the night after a particularly difficult quest. They're kind of corny and overly supportive, but generally wholesome in comparison to Xerxes & friends' family situations. They're supposed to look and be like if the main characters in a JRPG grew older together and had a kid, lmao.
