Description: Mentor to Xerxes, his first love, Ravi was trapped in the Sect of Strato for many years. After Xerxes fled, Ravi learned to shape-shift, and escaped the Sect himself. Rebellious to a fault, he seeks a way to destroy the Sect of Strato.

XERXES PHOENIX | dullahan djinni | swordsman [one-handed]

Likes: reading, mug cakes, swording. adventuring

Special abilities: cooking a good food or two, big strength, mute-ing and cute-ing
Description: A swordsman with a pure heart and a very loving nature. One day he and Osric came upon a magic ritual - he became a dullahan and went mute due to the djinni curse. He is driven to lift the curse on his loves, the monsters, and the land. 

OSRIC NERO | fire djinni | swordsman [dual-wielding]

Birthday: March 25th
Likes: roast pheasant, reading, Lily (his adopted gryphoenix), looking his best
Dislikes: cup jelly, royalty
Special abilities: double swords, angst, set everyone on fire
Description: Former lieutenant of the Knights of Alanoc who was cursed to become a fire djinni. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is very loyal and loving t a chosen few. He journeys to lift his curse, heal his broken heart, and be accomplished.

RAMZI TAHIR | djinni | rogue [knife / bombs]
29 years old
Height: 5'8"
Birthday: September 21st
Likes: gold, gryphons, lemon-roasted salmon
Dislikes: milk, royalty
Special abilities: Standard Rogue Skillset, Being the cutest guy, Knife non-proficiency
Description: A rogue who escaped his life as the heir to a gryphon-taming fortune to become a master thief. Ramzi values freedom and personal choice above all else. He joins Xerxes on his quest to life the curse for love of him, and amusement.

LILY (LILAVATH)
?? years old (adult age for gryphoenix species)
Height: 5'6"
Birthday: February 20th
Likes: cinnamon sticks, jousting, loafing
Dislikes: beetles, spiders
Special abilities: setting self on fire, excreting diamonds, brandishing a sword
Description: Xerxes and Osric's adopted gryphoenix. She is quite strong and fast for her species and wants to train to be even better at jousting. Lily will go anywhere Xerxes and Osric will go, with a supportive honk always there for them. 

random trivia: in ACE OF BEASTS #2, Osric outlines how he and Xerxes were poor upon arriving in Sarcius when they left the Knights of Alanoc. But, you may say, Lily excretes diamonds - shouldn't they be rich? Especially because in ACE OF BEASTS Volume 2, Celius accepts them as currency. However, the answer is that Korahu (where Volume 2 takes place) accepts diamonds as currency as it is a trade city, and in the human kingdom Alanoc (where they found Lily and raised her) and Sarcius, among other places, would just think they stole the diamonds from somewhere rather than equating it to riches.
