90's Jungle Session on the Digitakt mk2

This was a pretty relax video where I just turned the camera on and jammed out with a few samples. I think pretty much all of these were taken from packs I've given to the Professional Dj & Record Label Owner tier. ๐Ÿ’Ž

It's such a great practise when you need a little inspiration. Dig around for 10-15 samples that fit within a similar style or theme. I often go for mystical & atmospheric sounds without too much dissonance but this is where you're own taste and style comes into play a lot.

The Digitakt is such a creative device with all the LFO and FX etc. but I still rely on the core principals of sampling the most:

Understanding these is far more important the any FX or modulation tricks. ๐Ÿ‘Š

The Think Break I used was just one of the from the 'Break Processing' folder of the mega think instrument. Even these are epic to use when you just want a more simple, roller drums in a track.

Have a great weekend everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š

Cheers,

I would like to see how you move from ideas on the box to full tunes, do you track out to logic full songs or just sections?
