Jungle on the Digitakt Mk2

Part 1 & 2 of my Digitakt mini series are out now. I'm also considering doing another section on the arranging in Logic X, so I will see if i can squeeze that in.

Part 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQcUCrKD0M4&t=96s

In my opinion, the best thing about the Digitakt & Elektron products in general is how creative they make you. I've used tonnes of hardware samplers and virtually every type of software sampler and the Digitakt without doubt leads you into the most interesting places out of all of them.

It also has a great sound quality too it that people don't talk about enough. The colouring is not as noticable as something like the Akai s1000 but it's definitly there. It probably sounds more like my EMU E5000 which is a bit warmer & less gritty then the Akai S1000.

FX wise - You've got an Overdrive, Chorus, Bit-Crush, Sample Rate Reduction, Reverb Send, Delay Send, Master Compressor & Master Overdrive.

Combine this with some great sounding filters & lots of interesting modulation and performance options and you've got yourself a winner. Now we just need manual slicing and ping-pong loops!

I working on a Patreon video over the next couple of days so look out for that.

Hope everyone has a good week! Big ups,

George
