Monster MENagerie - Cat Goat WIP

A curious creature who loves being in the company of humans - be wary of his sword-like spade-shaped tail, though small it can cut through solid metal. He has paint-like powers similar to the ink-based powers of the Shape-shifter monster people. No one knows why or how these monsters can sit comfortably on the ceiling. Cat goat monsters very much enjoy it though.
