Ace of Beasts design sketch / study

I was on allergy medicine for a full-body reaction to something I ate, and the medicine was inducing a very severe depression episode that made everything difficult. I was drowning my sorrows in other things as my hand and drowsy vision weren't steady enough to draw.
Beyond that: I have at least 6 pages I'm about to color and I realized 67 and 68 can't be inked until I actually decide on this guy's outfit, lol.
fuuuuck me, this has been the hardest one to design so far
cause I have a very specific 'feeling' I'm going for with him, but not a specific 'look' when it's usually the opposite when I'm designing someone. He is slim, and his head / neck isn't gonna change, that much I am sure of.

ALSO: I am storyboarding many pages in advance because my dumb ass works best with colors and shapes already in mind so get ready for seeing something new lol
