ACE OF BEASTS Volume 1 script excerpt (October 5th edition)

note: This entire section is new for the redraw of ACE OF BEASTS Vol.1. In fact, most of the book from page 20 onward is either somewhat to completely new, and necessary to fix pacing and character development issues.

There is an imbalance on purpose in their backstories, as Xerxes' introduces not only a new place/concept (the Sect of Strato) and a character, and Osric's dream shows Lily's backstory too.

pages 56, 57, 58, 59

4 pages - Ramzi backstory:

1. Ramzi came from an affluent household but left to be a thief, to make his own fortune. 
2. Xerxes set the Sect on fire, and Ramzi saw him escape from the fire from a distance. Xerxes became a guard, and Ramzi caught him on one of his nightly shifts. They make out.
3. Ramzi and Xerxes fucked every night when he was a guard, and eventually got caught.
4. Ramzi’s arms are implied to have been removed for his crimes. Ramzi intends to keep getting better at locksport, but Xerxes wants to be a swordsman. Conflict of goals causes them to go their separate ways, with Xerxes leaving for Alanoc. Ramzi becomes head of the Thieve’s Guild. But he longs to see him again. So he leaves for Alanoc to find Xerxes.

60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65

6 pages - Osric backstory:

1. Xerxes met him, was promoted to Lieutenant, Osric was mad that he had to work with him.
2. Xerxes made him a nice dinner, got to know him, and they fell in love.
3. They found Lily, and Osric stayed home to raise her from an egg to a bab. Shot of Osric holding her lovingly after she hatched. Osric wants to name her Lilavath, but Xerxes thinks it’s too harsh so they shorten it to Lily. They taught her to fly. Osric training her to go in the litter box but she poops a diamond on the floor.
4. Xerxes always read to her when she was a baby, and now when she grew up. As an adult, Osric trained her for jousting, and Xerxes cheered him on! Lily wins fourth place, and Osric is super proud of her <3
5. Osric got promoted to First Lieutenant, and he and Xerxes danced. They hid somewhere after and fucked within earshot of the party.
6. They became mercenaries, and live in Sarcius together with Lily. Osric sews Lily a doll while Xerxes puts lotion on his leg stumps. They lay in bed and rest together.

66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73 - 79

14 pages - Xerxes backstory:

1. 66 Xerxes was in the Sect of Strato since he was a kid until he was about 20. He used to read stories about love, and longed for someone to love him. 
2. 67 When he was 20-ish, his mentor, paired to him by the Sect, taught him swordplay and was intended to teach erotic arts to him as well. However, Xerxes didn’t do all that much with him, and he thought it odd for someone raised in this place - his other proteges didn’t act like this.
3. 68 His mentor found several romance books he had been hiding in his room. Xerxes worried that he was in trouble. But no. ‘Come with me.’ They walked. ‘I will not ask where you got those books. But I’m impressed at how long you hid them.’ ‘I’ll fight you to the death if you think what I value is wrong.’ His mentor turns around, and says, ‘I am not an instrument of Strato, Xerxes. And from what I see, you aren’t either.’ He opens a door and they step into a grassy flowery place.
4. 69 They sat in a garden caged by walls and inaccessible to most of the Sect. It was the first time he had ever seen the sky and nature from beyond a small window. From spending time with him, they accidentally fell in love.
5. 70 ‘Are you sure?’ ‘Yes...!’ When they did finally fuck, it was intense and passionate. 
6. 71 He desperately wanted to leave, and to prove he was a good person so he wanted to be a swordsman for a good cause. His mentor shared this mentality, and they thought of a way to leave. ‘Take me with you. Please.’
7. 72 His mentor set the Sect on fire while Xerxes climbed a light from the ceiling to escape through a small window. When his mentor came to find him, Xerxes extended a hand to him, calling him up so they can both escape.
8. 73 His mentor grabbed hold of his hand, but fell. Shadows of people who were running after him danced on the walls, and Xerxes couldn’t reach him. ‘I’ll come back for you,’ he said, and his mentor’s heart broke.
9. 74 Ramzi sees him escaping. Ramzi meets him when he’s a guard, and they give each other a handjob when they meet. Xerxes eventually moves in with him. 
10. 75 Ramzi says he wants to be head of the Thieves’ Guild - Xerxes doesn’t support his habit. He travels, and now he and Osric are together.
11. 76 Xerxes lost his legs and Osric reassured him he still loved him. 
12. 77 Osric teaches him to walk and to swordfight again. 
13. 78 They spar and end with a loving fluffy moment.
14. 79 New scene. They start screwing. They’re using vibrators and Xerxes’ favorite blue dildo and Xerxes starts precumming outside his dream.
