The Interrogation of a Manipulative Police Officer

On July 2, 2011, Alexander Kucovic was shot down in front of his home. The 37-year-old was described by a friend as an excited new father and a passionate, fun-loving man who treasured his family and friends.
However, Kucovic had a darker side that might have come as a surprise to those who were acquainted with him. Kucovic was actually a well-known cocaine and weapons importer who had been entered into the RCMP witness protection program and had undergone a name change.
