I have rolled back two systems which I did update to the Creators build. Over the weekend I updated my main rig and had nothing but issues. For some reason the system would often blue screen when loading Windows. Then I had issues with various devices and software packages. Premiere Pro for example would constantly crash when importing clips. It was a complete nightmare! Once I rolled back everything was perfect again.

2017-04-24 05:08:33 +0000 UTCI saw online that some people are seeing improvements in frame rate with the Creators Update game mode while others like me were seeing worse frame rate. I ended up reinstalling the Creators Update by doing a format and reinstall using the 1703 ISO and I actually ended up seeing an improvement in frame rate in CPU limited games like Forza Horizon 3. Just remember if you run into trouble with the Creators Update in games go into settings and turn off Game Mode and it should run the same as in the previous version of Windows.
