I highly recommend taking some time out for yourself.  Making some time, even if it is small, to do something refreshing is really important for getting through this season.  Things I like to do for this purpose are: listen to music, listen to a podcast, do anything creative, go for a walk, do an online gym class, listen to a Ted talk or a Craig Groeschel message.  There are so many options.  What are some of your best de-stress activities?
