Behind the scenes - Osric wyvern design
Added 2016-08-11 07:42:37 +0000 UTCI figured since a beast like him would never exist anyway, why not go all out? Osric's tail tip is pretty much a traditional fire poker design, and his 'feathers' bear resemblance to jagged pieces of obsidian rock (obsidian being what you get when lava cools super fast). The veins of magma on his chest are a silly euphemism on real arteries, but in actuality it is just his molten insides in general. His chest is only burning hot when he hasn't submerged in water that day. I wonder if it gets to be a hassle when he sleeps and his chest is just glowing like a tiny campfire lmao.
I ended up making him girthier on the head, but overall I'm very happy and proud of how he looks haha.
