To celebrate, last night I turned on Charmed and played Super Mario Odyssey while eating homemade apple crumble. The only thing missing were the decorations and a glass of cider. (Next time.)
Tomorrow I'll be on the Inimitable Books twitch channel at 2:00pm CDT for a Scrivener Workshop (part 2!) with Zara guiding Becca and me through all sorts of tips and tricks. The last one was SO helpful so I'm excited to learn more. (You know, inch my way up to understanding maybe 30% of Scrivener's capabilities instead of 15% bahaha.)
With the exception of the 13th - 20th, I'll also be on my usual Twitch schedule PLUS, as you can see above, we've got some Patreon streams for Preptember!
Thank you all so much for answering my questions and giving me feedback on what y'all would like to see from our 100KQ4 (or 100KwithKate, I'm running with both names lolol) challenge!
We'll keep up the varied days and times throughout October, November, and December.
In terms of keeping the experiment small and just with us, I think that's the right call for the tracker! Right now I'm struggling a bit to get the Pacemaker Planner to go over 100 sign-ups. If I'm still having an issue this time next week, we'll revert back to a Google Sheet, and I'll post it soon so we can all get ourselves added. :)
I'll still probably post videos and vlogs about my progress on YouTube and I'm thinking of having my Twitch streams include how far along I am each day. (I'm hoping that will be extra motivation bahaha.)
My other hope is to get my office completely reorganized over September (so I don't have to think about it AT ALL during the challenge). Thank you all for cheering me on in the construction of my new office chair bahaha. The girls have been loving it.

2024-09-06 00:16:54 +0000 UTCI just heard about another tracker called TrackBear (https://trackbear.app/) that's completely free and you can create leaderboards for group challenges! Not as robust as Pacemaker, but it seems like it would be easier to set up. They also have a way to import all your old NaNo projects in case you want to delete your account there without losing your stats (which has me cackling, like way to take advantage guys, amazing).
