Figured I'd finally join the Patreon, and glad I did because you've got whispers! So, for your question about whispers, I do like to have them mixed with other sounds. Rambles are good for a little bit, and affirmations are good for days when I'm real stressed (not too often recently, thankfully). My favorite are probably the old trigger "words" that weren't really words, like "tsk-tsk" and "sk-sk".
