She is also not that smart if she let go of the reins completely. Victory was as simple as spooking her horse. Odds are she flung her sword into the pillar herself, albeit unwittingly. Excellent launching point for the Weird-O-Verse. This captures Melissa's essence while also establishing her within the alternate reality. It proves this dive should be enjoyable.
