Added 2023-03-02 05:44:09 +0000 UTCSo, long story short, I use a 3rd party company that watermarks my images and then they use software to track if anything with that watermark gets reposted. Well, they notified me that they found one of my images online. It was being shared on a website that isn’t even indexed on Google! First of all, I’m amazed that they found it just 3 hours after it was shared. And second of all, I’m even more impressed that within 10min of chatting with them they were able to send a legal notice to remove the content, and have already submitted a request to the guy’s local court to issue a subpoena to his ISP to release his name and address under the DMCA act. The legal office of this company said he’ll end up with a ton of legal fees in a few days xD
Anyway! Should I make a comic about this? If so, what should happen to the bad guy? 🤔 😂

Maybe Jess could lose the case and be forced to give the bad guy everything, including her clothes! She gets humiliated and loses everything while the bad guy gloats over her, laughing at his' newest victim.
