Not sure if you noticed it but, the lady coming into Andre’s store is the same woman in s3 who stopped in Hamsterdam to purchase the 8ball. The writing is so good that even the smallest characters receive archs.

Also, Rawls is just being racist to put himself in a better position lol. The black people in command are probably twice as qualified as he may even be because that's how most things go. We've seen they all work the numbers in the same way.
