If in case you haven't watched the next episode of Hawkeye yet... You have absolutely met this Black Widow assassin before. She is in Black Widow. She is Yelena, Natasha's sister. And if you think back to the end credit scene in Black Widow, Yelena is hired by Val to kill Hawkeye, as Val lies to Yelena about Clint being the one responsible for Natasha's death. This is why she's suddenly appeared now to kill Clint, because she wants vengeance for her sister, upon believing that Clint killed her. Which is not good. Yikes!
