Regarding the E 167 Smallville Clark, if you remember, in one episode, he met a Kryptonian who was living a normal life and had a family on Earth. He was wearing a bracelet of blue kryptonite which takes powers away when it comes into close contact with Kryptonian’s. If you watch the crisis scene closely Clark has a watch on, it is not a stretch to assume blue kryptonite is inside the watch but covered by its face. These scenes were specifically written by writers that wrote for Smallville and then began writing for the arrowverse. It takes place about 10 years after the end of the show according to those who wrote it for crisis:)
