Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist all take place in the MCU technically, very loose references to it (the "destruction raining down from the sky" the lady selling them the office was talking about was the Battle of New York from the first Avengers), and after two seasons of Daredevil and one season of the other three, they have a team up series called the Defenders (one season). The reason why I brought this up is because season 3 of Daredevil follows up the events of the Defenders. So if you watch all three seasons straight through, you might get a little lost. It's like if you watched all three Captain America movies or all three Iron Man movies back to back without ever watching an Avengers film.
