The satellite Decepticon was definitely Soundwave. And the dog one that invaded the military base was Ravage. I don’t remember if T Prime had ravage but that’s one of his old pets from the original series. The motorcycle was also named Arcee. One of the other 3 motorcycle autobots was also based on Elita 1 who was Optimus’ love interest in G1. Fun fact. That Decepticon that tried to seduce Sam was actually based on the Pretenders. Transformers who could disguise themselves as humans. Awesome reaction as always!
