Pantsing and wedgies; does the pantsing happen first, then the wedgie, or does the wedgie happen first, then her pants are yanked down.

ooh i'm shocked to see that more people voted for pants down 1st before the wedgie. i'm glad actually. i'm just making an observation because in my opinion most people online with a wedgie fetish are more into it for the "shock value" as opposed to just the sexiness of seeing pretty panties in a girl's butt. i'm just waiting for someone to do an airplane wedgie; attaching the girl's panties to an airplane wing and have the plane fly off, lol! j/kiddin, i know that's not possible, but that would be the ultimate "shock value".
