We were just talking about the same thing in our upcoming reaction to ep.5! They easily could have split them in half but no MNET chose to purposefully mislead the c trainees and mistreat them only to send them home for shock value. I found out after the eliminations that my boy Xuan Hao was actually super sick before the evaluations and had to visit the hospital then during the evaluations he dropped to the one star group because he was unwell and didn't have much practice time and thats why he was eliminated.

Because 80 people made it to the merge of C and K group, so they could have easily done 40 from each, but instead they did 52 and 28 which is so unfair, especially when the C trainees joined under the premise that 2 groups would be debuting, but instead more than half of them got wiped out before the show really even starts.
