I like Jimmy Olsen in this show but his self righteous speech regarding Maxwell Lord is hypocritical for a number of reasons. One, like every one else, he is completely ok with aliens being held against their will with no due processing. Also, it is not Supergirl holding Max Lord in a DEO prison, it is the DEO (aka, other humans), Kara is just an outsourced contractor for the DEO.
