Unfortunately All Might tells us early on that there is no way to fix that injury, which is part of why he was looking for someone to give his powers to in the first place. Kinda tricky to fix a whole missing stomach and half a respiratory system, regardless. But yeah that fight holds as one of the greatest moments in the show even to this day. Can’t wait for you to see more, it only gets better!
