Did you get this sorted? You need to load her appearance from the appearance preset menu by clicking on the "select existing" then navigating to the Mia var. If you need further help feel free to message me on discord. Also for future reference discord I check several times a day and Patreon I don't get alerts for so it might take me longer to respond here.
