Trying Something New
Added 2021-02-02 17:54:17 +0000 UTCHey folks! I'm trying to stretch my art muscles a bit, and get some new skills! I've been downloading and trying out some new brushes and textures for Photoshop. Pretty much my entire digital art career, I've used two brushes - "hard round," or "soft round." I'm trying out something with some different texture, and a little more grit. The comics and most of the pinups and things will probably continue to look the way they have, but I'll be doing some experimental pieces like this, too. What do you think? Do you like this grittier, scratchier, less clean look? Let me know what you think! I might try my hand at some digital "painting" too - I got a set of oil paint brushes for Photoshop that could be fun to try!
P.S. - those grinders she's bound to are based on the internal workings of a really fancy juicer I used to have. Those things would pulp and juice *god himself.*
