July Character Poll voting

I've been experimenting with different ways to do the poll voting the last couple months. A lot of people have said that they wanted blind voting where you aren't able to see the results before you vote, but there's no way to do that on patreon's poll system. So I'm gonna use strawpoll for this month instead.
