New Gallery Links for October

I merged the WIP/Sketch folders with the main image folders for silver and gold galleries. Before the sketches and main images were in different folders. Now sketches and finished pieces will be in the same location just because its easier to navigate. None of the rewards are changing. It's still the same stuff as before. Just a change made for organizations sake.
