Curbside Chronicle Cover
Added 2025-06-13 18:06:49 +0000 UTCI was asked to do the cover of a magazine in Oklahoma that is essentially apart of a charity that's used to help those who have struggled with in the past or presently with homelessness. I also contributed a story (not the art! My first writing-only gig since college!) and I'll be sure to post that whenever the magazine goes to print in August.
I had to make some last-minute changes so I know some of the anatomy is a little, uh, wonky? Hahaha.
This is the back cover. I wasn't exactly sure if they wanted me to even do it-- originally they told me they DID but they didn't give me any instructions. I put this together super fast only to be told they were going to have a paid advertisement on the back. Glad I didn't redraw something from scratch! I used some art of myself working at cintiq and the thought balloon art is actually from the comic I submitted last year to the same magazine.

Made some changes, then asked "Hey, can I have the assets for the magazine? The titles and all that" and I was told they didn't have them I would have to make them! Not my specialty, but here we go.
