The original!
For some reason, when doing the lineart I decided to draw that top right background in. It's not from the original page, but I don't think the black, empty panels work as well to convey a scene change as well in color. So instead I showed an exterior shot of the school which in all added probably an extra day to the production of this page, haha.
Silhouettes!
Flat colors! This was probably the first time I'd ever thought about what colors the bathroom would be.
Shadows!
Gradations and highlights!
Patterns! Check out that wacky screen tone I used on the top left panel. I just realized I forgot to use some textures on the foliage in the top left... (final image has it fixed)
