Because of this I’ve put my account on hold so no one gets charged next month. Hopefully the new battery I ordered will not take too long to get here so I can get back to work. I apologize for the delay in this next build. 😣

Odd. I wonder if the laptop would of ran fine if you just used it with the battery removed. Unless you mean its always sluggish plugged in, so you only use it on battery. My pc does that too and nobody can figure out why.
