Just a little thank you

My patreon is so bare at the moment that I thought it was time to make a post. And for this  first post I just wanted to say thank you all for being so supportive and patient for each release of the game. I know that many of the builds are slow to come, being between 2 or more months between each one compared to many other visual novels that update on a monthly or even biweekly basis (I have no idea how that churn it out so fast!) so I appreciate that you have stuck around thus far!

It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming since I really am the only person working on this game, from the story, to the characters, all of the writing, world building, and even the programming with literally the bare minimum requirement of knowing that. I have some help with reading over the script, and the artists doing a fantastic job on the character sprites and cg art, but other than that, it's really just me. But regardless, it really is a rewarding experience. Seeing the discord being used and having people join in and talk about this game really gives me a lot of hope for the future and raises my drive to offer you the best experience I think possible which I really can't thank you all enough.

Also, while a bit late. It has been over a year since I have released this game but I'm hoping that next year I will be able to release much more content to you guys. (I suppose this kind of statement is reserved more around new years though but whatevs) So look forward to that. Perhaps I might see if I can find a graphics artist to update the look of the game, and maybe even a background artists as well. Finding someone who could help out with programming would be a blessing too and maybe even have a couple more volunteers to come and join in on reading the script before release and offer input on the story. There is so much to be done but I just have to take it one step at a time. Until then, Thank you so much for playing and I hope you enjoy what else I have in store!

And for those that are wondering where the others are... Well that's for next time!

Just a little thank you

I wish I could get more updates out there but unfortunately my job is very demanding and keeps me busy, especially with work during this last holiday where I couldn’t even touch the game for two months. Unlike many other projects who have multiple people and are able to deliver constant updates evey month or even two every month I am unable to do that. This a one man team, I handle the writing and scripting which is a lot of hard work and very time consuming. Be that as it may, I am pushing for a release sometime this month hopefully if things don’t turn out too bad. Thank you for understanding and I hope you continue to look forward to when the next build gets released. I can assure it is being worked on 😀

When will we get the long awaited Ramos update?, last time you updated the VN was in October 9th 2018. I think it's due time for another update, don't you think?

Ok

That's fine, we're glad to be part of the group and I love how much you put into this VN. I prefer Quality and lenghty. We can contribute more to help you out with this

Personally I've always favored quality over quantity. The amount of content each of your updates has is more than fair for the time it takes to release them. A lot of creators that churn out frequent updates do so by keeping them small and concise without much content in each one, others work as part of a team so they don't need to do everything themselves. A few that I know personally that can release sizable updates each and every month can only do so because they don't work a job, and dedicate nearly every free minute they have to working on their project to do so. In summery, don't try to do more than you can handle or feel like you're not moving fast enough. So long as you keep an open line of communication with your supporters about any delays and what you're working on, and don't throw out a small unfinished/pointless update to fit some self imposed quota or to get paid for that month most people are very patient and reasonable and will understand that delays are an inevitable part of life and will still be supportive. As time goes by and things change and this projects grows, who knows what may happen, but for now just keep doing what you have been and everything will be fine.
