Newsletter 📰 July 2024

Greetings one and all! How's everybody holding up this summer!? Hope it's comfy and not too hot wherever you are - or if it is, you're finding creative ways to beat the heat 👖🚫

Here's an update on everything you can expect on my Patreon...

🥬This month:

• This painting of Tusky is coming along but it's gonna be a marathon to bring it home in time to show you guys on the 1st!! I expanded the composition to the sides to show the guys "helping" him dispense his flavor shot(s). I think it makes the image a lot more fun and gives you more characters to visually engage with, it just means 3x the characters for me to figure out how to paint 🤣 One of them you might recognize from somewhere...

• Really want to make a painting process slideshow for Seamus & Eddie movie night. Might spill into August before I can get that to you, cause we also have.....

• ...a special painting to celebrate some patrons' 2-year anniversary on here!! August 1st will mark 2 years since I launched this patreon and a handful of you guys have been here since day 1. So I'm whipping up a special painting as a bonus. Like the 1-year special, this one will never go up on social media, the only way to get it will be from hitting the membership milestone!! Keeping it secret who the subject of the 2-year painting will be, but... 🧢

🥬Next month:

• The results of the poll are in and they were conclusive - you guys want more Seamus!! 🍀 He'll be the subject of next month's painting. I already have a great scene in mind. It'll be hot and filthy, but fit 100% within his world and storyline. I think it'll be a good one if I can pull it off.

• Speaking of polls, watch for another one next month to decide what Tusky's Halloween costume for 2024 should be!! The options are wide open right now, I'll throw a bunch of interesting ones at you for you guys to pick. Reminder that the polls are open for the high-tier patrons to vote, so if you want a say in what Tusky's gonna be this year, you can always bump up for the month to vote!

🥬September:

• In September I'll be working on that Halloween Tusky painting - whatever theme you guys decide on! Also, I'm feeling like it'll be very likely that Random Gym Bro makes another appearance - either Sept or maybe even August who knows.

🥬And beyond:

• I think October would be a good time for another hit of fantasy/D&D style characters - but whom exactly? I'll let my brain think on it. Maybe a brand new character, or maybe a return to some favorites. One of you suggested doing a combo scene of all the characters from a particular faction, which I think could be really cool - so maybe that!

That's what's coming up!! I hope there's something in there for you guys to get excited over. My D&D campaign that I mentioned in last month's newsletter is chugging along toward the finale - we have 5 more sessions worth of content to go (we meet up roughly once a month) and then it'll be done. Which I'm sure will leave a gaping hole in my heart cause I've poured so much of myself into creating this immersive setting and storyline, but also, will be a relief cause it feels like another job sometimes haha 💔
