Ay wonderful video as always! Fun fact! The asl flashback was significantly longer in the anime due to filler! But good filler in my opinion. Basically it fleshes out some of the scenes shown in that one page montage of the asl brothers just being hooligans and living life. I would say some of my favorite scenes from it being: luffy learning about aces heritage and then talking about it directly to his face (despite sabo telling him not to do that just before that), ace taking his brothers to go get some ramen and the three sneaking into high town by literally being 3 kids in a trench coat, as well as the three making a treehouse and playing pirate (it’s a really cute scene and reminds you that they are just kids in the end). Glad you enjoyed this arc and looking forward to your thoughts on fishman island once that all gets wrapped up
