Heya, finaly some decent progres, added arms mesh, made new implants with more polys and finally added boob textures, here is few pictures with super simple cloth decoys and well I'm happy with res...

underboob polishing

polishing underboobs line and overall the area between boob and ribcage....this one is tricky and does lot of streching so not the easy one, like hunderd way to screw it... but for boob push up it ...
