I am back

Sorry for being almost a month away but finally living in a new place.. they end of July was chaotic with the moving and 2 weeks in August organizing and setting up everything around.

I am sorry for last and helf week. But we were moving to a new flat. Carrying bags, boxes, tables, chairs, etc. just my bf and i. Was very exhausted. But finally we are all settled.

As i said before i was trying to eat a minimum of 4000 cal a day but now its seems and eat a minimum of 6000 cal which is not bad

Update

I weighed myself this morning and i have gained 4kg in the last week.. for a total of 12.95 kg (13kg) gained in 3 weeks

I am eating a minimum amount of 4500 cal a day however, thanks to my finances i am being able to eat till 6000 cal a day.
