Two macros - 1) DPS and 2) Heals. With the DPS it will do Kitty melee unless you hold shift, and then it will do ranged attacks.

Eternity Surge is in the macro and will fire at charge 2-3 if you want it to go off at full release the macro until it fires.
Don't be scared get in there and punch and kick your way through the enemies, while keeping those heals up!
