After seeing episode 3's ending and breaking it down in the edit I def think he either was on the verge of one, or knew it would result in one. If someone who struggles wiht Panic attacks knows that putting themselves in a certain situation might trigger one then they are most certaintly going to stay away from that situation.

Not necessarily in a you prefer them over jelly way but that you’re able to appreciate them in a way you couldn’t or didn’t before. As for the recipes, while you’re watching an episode there’s a bonus content tab in the xray section and that’s where they are. It’s videos with the cast talking to Jenny while baking.
