2023-03-28 23:30:48 +0000 UTCArthur can be particularly annoying sometimes. It´s just part of their dynamic. Even if it gets a bit much sometimes, the degree kinda just depends on the episode. Atleast Merlin disrespects him often enough too. As for clotpole. It´s not really a common insult and basically only exists and is popularized by this show. Not even sure what it is supposed to mean, but urban dictionary says clot means oaf or fool and pole refers to genitalia. So Merlin called Arthur an oafdick. Essentially he just said Arthur is an idiot. Which he kinda was in this episode.
