I was hoping you would enjoy it and I hope some of your patrons will also get to discover this gem with you :) The songs are amazing and it is a true shame it is such an underappreciated show. This show had me on that twist at the altar. Madalena won my heart in that moment :D The fact that she 'crafts jokes' with Jester while making Richard respect her vow of chastity for a year now is one of my favourite bits in this. The second twist is more unexpected but works great for the season's underlying tension. I adore all the characters. I loved your repeated 'He knows he is a king right?' at Richard's ineptitude. And your concern about Chef was quite sweet. Galavant hit rock bottom and made it his permanent residence. I find it so funny how poor his manners became over a bad breakup :D Poor Sid is stuck with such a sorry excuse for a knight to squire for. Isabella really gained by the twist giving her a nice layer. Vinnie Jones steals the scenes as Gareth he is such a fun brute. Richard is fun mix of childlike and cruel. Thanks again!

It's a show that I recommended for you to watch in my comments under one of your Lucifer reactions... Lucifer season two, episode sixteen, titled... God Johnson. You asked where you've seen the actor who plays King Richard before? Timothy Omundson guest starring in this episode of Lucifer as God Johnson, and I told you that I absolutely love him as a comedic actor. Here in Galavant and in Psych too!! King Richard is easily my favorite character throughout this musical show. I absolutely love Timothy Omundson as King Richard. So hilarious!! I also love that we get to see more of Karen David's talents. I love Karen David as Princess Jasmine in Once Upon a Time, and I love her here in Galavant as well. And of course... All the rest of the cast throughout this show are great too! Vinnie Jones as Gareth, Richard's right hand man, is fantastic too! But King Richard is the best! This musical show is a lot of fun! The music is all fantastic!! And I have no doubt that you will continue to have so much fun watching it. So, thank you so much for your reactions to these first two episodes of Galavant, Jessie!
