What do you dislike most about the hobby, or Warhammer in general?

Hello again everyone! Two posts in one day, I know, I know... crazy times.

I'm working on a double video to end this month (or possibly start next month depending on how editing goes)... a project I've been working on since January!

Back in February, I asked you all what you thought was best about the hobby... and now it's time for the counterpoints.

So, apologies for the negative vibes, but in the interest of RESEARCH, can you let me know what bugs you most about the hobby? It could be anything, from peeves with new editions, frustrations with model lines, the "dlc" nature of game rules, the heavy lean towards competitive play... these are just examples. I want to hear YOUR frustrations!

I've already got tons of points for the video, but just want to make sure I voice your opinions too! There might be something super obvious that I've missed out in my own myopic view.

LOVE YOU LOTS!

Well for me it's a little weird because i don't play anymore 40K. At my age with all the other stuff around (Wife, Boardgames, Sport etc.) for me the quick change and the constant learning/ Relearning of the rules, the very long games and the frustration of getting wiped off the table was purely too much. Nowadays i enjoy playing a lot of CoOp Games with my friends or even solo and everybody enjoys the ride 100% so no bad vibe or tension at the table... Wahl also bugs me is the absence of different models from GW... it's the buy now or maybe never again... also called the FOMO thing... (and yes i sill buy GW Models because they are fantastic. I yes them manly in miniature agnostic games. And/ Or RPG stuff...) I hope that helps a litte. Best Chris

How long it takes to play a 2K game of Warhammer 40K. In part this is due to all the dice rolling that doesn’t do a lot of damage - which is a design issue. Also, I could see eliminating the defending player’s save roll. I would also like to see a narrative format that doesn’t require a $60 book with a whole bunch of new rules and homework after every game.
