Well I dont know about the 2nd weakness but the first weakness is pretty obvious... It takes him about 5+ seconds to charge it, as long as I keep punching you in the face youll never get the chance to use that in a one on one fight.. now in a two on you if you got other people to help you distract me while your charge it then yes. But alone? Im not gonna give you the chance to breathe let alone charge a whole attack lol
