When I was stoned and drunk, I went to the movies with a friend and I remember we were totally into the movie, it was like a trip. So wonderful and incomprehensible, I have never seen a movie like that again. I don't remember anything about 'BeetleJuice' the movie, but the images were so wonderfully strangely beautiful.

Maybe one could compare them to some of the weaker narrative Wes Andersen films, where the styling compensates for story. Its a bit of fun, but agreed wish there was more to it. The animated version was sorta entertaining.

2024-10-19 18:55:26 +0000 UTCI know absolutely zero about K-Pop but I did watch Made in Korea because I was curious about the possible culture shock aspect. I was so disappointed with the show... Half of the episode was X-Factor style filler packages showing some tourist spot and very little of their progress was actually shown. You can tell that they were chosen because one can actually sing, one can actually dance, one is famous on tiktok and we have two cute ones because a boyband must have 5 members because it's UK law or something. I hope they are getting some actual mentorship now, because they seem really nice. And yes Nova why the fuck were they not given songs in their range??
