So sorry to hear about the situation with your mum Rana. I can't imagine how hard it must be to have to go through this type of thing, but I do think that spending some time apart can help. Let things calm down a bit and then see how it goes. I really hope things get better for you real soon!. ๐ค๐
Yeah, you're going to feel pain for a few days, it's always a strange thing when you realize that muscles you didn't know you had suddenly start to hurt, Lol. Try to rest for a couple of days between each session to begin with and you should be fine. Also, doing some light yoga can help too so fingers crossed you'll feel better after your visit.

So.... Lots to unpack here, but what worried me the most, was the situation with your mom ๐ฅบ both of you have suffered a great deal and taking it against each other will not make things any better, however, there is a point in life, where you have to stand up too, and let her know that you are also in pain, so do not blame yourself for that, and do not take it against your mom too. I think it was the best to create some separation for now and wait for things to carry on. Be patient dear Rana ๐
About the physical pain, that is part of the process, your muscular tissue needs to be damaged, in order to rebuild itself and get you where you want to be and at some point, you get used to that pain, but you also have to be aware of what your limit is, when working out, or you will be in more pain that necessary, so have that in mind, always and you will be alright ๐
